A risk assessment of planned excursions is carried out by Supervisors
beforehand.
Written permission
from parents will be obtained beforehand.
Supervisors will make sure the adult:child ratio is in agreement
with relevant guidelines and all non-staff have the relevant checks
Reputable outside firms will
only be used.
Written details of the planned trip will be given to parents
beforehand.
Coaches/transport used will have seatbelts suitable for
pre-school childrenwhere available .
