Moulton Pre-School funded places

Funded Places

3 / 4 year old funding
All 3 / 4 year olds will receive funding for up to 5 sessions per week from the term after their 3rd / 4th birthday (subject to availability). Allocation of funded 3-year-old places will be reviewed termly and no guarantee can be given that sessions will remain the same.

Please note that sessions may have to be reduced (in the spring and summer terms only) to accommodate for our January and Easter intakes.
A full term's notice is to be given if a reduction of funded places is to be claimed, failure to do this will result in a charge being made to cover the loss.
Places will be allocated according to the following criteria: -

1. 3-year-old children who are identified as children in need, children with special needs or children with special education needs.

2. 3-year-old children whose families are in receipt of benefits.

3. The oldest 3 year old living nearest to the provision ie children living in Moulton.

Please note that once funded places are allocated, a new qualifying child entering the setting part way through a term will only be allocated funded places at the start of the next ½ term.
