About Pre School

Session Places

We offer places for 36 children in any one session, in the lovely location of St Stephens Church Hall and we have our own large, secure, outdoor play area. Please see our Ofsted inspection reports. we are supported by our wonderful staff members, five qualified at degree level and all others to NVQ Level 3 or working towards.

Funded Places

Funded places are available for all 3-4yr olds and now some 2yr-olds can also get funded childcare. To see if you qualify contact your nearest children's centre. We also accept 30 hours funding. 30 hours free childcare - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) Please follow the link to see if you qualify.

Educational Visits

We also have visits from people who help us in the community, like police, fire officers and nurses and have important links to Moulton primary School. Our Pre-schoolers also feed into many other schools in the area including Davenham CE, Kingsmead, and Winsford Schools.

Active Involvement

Parents of children who attend pre-school are encouraged to become actively involved by joining the committee. Many committee members even stay on to support the group for long after their children have moved on to "big" school.
